Professional Dirt Bike Fork Service

Carolina Suspension provides complete fork service for motocross, enduro, woods, and off-road motorcycles.

Our goal is simple: restore proper suspension performance, inspect for wear before it becomes a larger problem, and make sure your forks are operating correctly for your bike and riding conditions.

Fork Seal Replacement

We do not recommend simply replacing leaking fork seals without servicing and inspecting the forks internally.

Fork seal replacement is performed as part of our complete fork service.

This allows us to properly clean the suspension, replace contaminated fluid, inspect bushings and internal components, and address the cause of the leak rather than only replacing the seal.

Fork Spring Changes

Need a different spring rate?

Spring installation is included at no additional labor charge when performed during a scheduled fork service.

Fork spring installation without a fork service: $60

Replacement springs are additional.

Custom Fork Revalving

Starting at $285

For riders looking for more than routine maintenance, Carolina Suspension also offers rider-specific fork tuning and revalving.

Setup can be tailored around:

  • Rider weight

  • Skill level

  • Motocross, enduro, woods, or trail riding

  • Terrain

  • Current handling concerns

  • Desired suspension feel and performance

Replacement springs, wear parts, and specialty components are additional.

Component Drop-Off Preferred

For the fastest and most economical service, we recommend bringing or shipping the forks to us already removed from the motorcycle.

Fork removal and installation can also be provided when needed.

Fork removal and installation: $50
