Each Carolina Suspension service begins with a thorough external cleaning and inspection. We then completely disassemble your forks or shock, meticulously cleaning all internal components. Critical parts are inspected for wear, straightness, and damage, ensuring only components in perfect condition are reassembled. This diagnostic step is crucial for long-term performance.

New OEM or high-quality aftermarket seals, bushings, and O-rings are installed to prevent leaks and maintain smooth action. We use only premium suspension fluids, matched to your system's requirements, for consistent damping performance. Finally, all units are vacuum bled to eliminate air and ensure precise function before final setup and testing.
